BURLINGTON, N.C. -
A Burlington man was charged with indecent exposure after he was seen masturbating in a city park Tuesday morning, police said.
Officers arrested Keary Branson Davis, 35, in Burlington City Park shortly after 9:30 a.m. after witnesses -- including park employees -- reported seeing Davis masturbating in the presence of children who were playing on the playground.
According to police, Davis did not physically touch anybody in the park.
Davis was charged with felonious indecent exposure and jailed under a $10,000 bond.
