$1 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in High Point

A million-dollar Powerball ticket was sold at a convenience store on Westchester Dr. in High Point, according to a spokesperson for the North Carolina lottery.
The ticket, sold at the Kash Mart, matched all five white balls and the Powerball during Wednesday night's drawing. The winner has not yet claimed the prize.
A Rowan County woman won $1 million in the Aug. 29 Powerball drawing. Beth Ann Prymock bought her ticket at the Crossroad Market on Lentz Rd. in China Grove.
