After four years, a Greensboro police officer accused of racial discrimination against African American police officers has been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Officer Scott Sanders appeared with his attorney at a new conference Friday, Nov. 20.

Sanders' attorney says his client wants an apology from the City of Greensboro and for the city to pay his legal bills.

Sanders is also returning to work. He's been on administrative leave since being acquitted in a criminal trial in February.
