A man from Greensboro was killed in an accident in Virginia, a Virginia State Trooper told The South Hill Enterprise.
According to Virginia State Trooper B.K. Scott, Ron Hugh O'Neale, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene of a 7:02 a.m. accident on I-85 near South Hill, Virginia.
According to the paper, the driver of the vehicle, Adrienne Nicole Carter, 36, also of Greensboro, showed signs of injury and was transported to a local hospital. The investigating trooper told the paper Carter was charged with reckless driving after the vehicle ran off the roadway, struck an embankment and hit a tree.
