GREENSBORO, N.C.—
Last week at the Greensboro Coliseum, Chris Daughtry performed for the first time as the headliner inside his hometown arena. Thousands packed the coliseum to catch the show from the former American Idol contestant who is perhaps one of the most famous people to call the Triad home.

But before the show, FOX8 Reporter Shannon Smith and Photojournalist Stewart Pittman sat down backstage with Daughtry to talk about Twitter, life on the road, and what it's like to perform before a hometown crowd.
