REIDSVILLE, N.C.—
Police believe that three masked men who robbed a convenience store Monday night are responsible for six or seven other robberies in Rockingham County over the past several weeks.The men wearing blue jumpsuits robbed the B&S Country Store at 1924 Pickrell Rd. around 11:20 p.m. Monday, according to a police news release.
Surveillance video shows three men entering the store, surrounding a customer at the register, then climbing over the counter and leaving with the cash register drawer. One customer was also robbed of $2.
The police report states the robbers got away with just over $200.
The store clerk, who was not injured, told police one of the robbers pointed a gun at him and said "Do what you supposed to do."
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Rockingham County Crimestoppers at (336) 349-9683.
