Born and raised here, Roxanna is glad to return home to the Piedmont.
Before coming to FOX8, Roxanna reported for KCCI in Des Moines, Iowa, during the state's 2008 caucuses. While in the Midwest, she had the opportunity to interview the 2008 presidential candidates. Roxanna also reported for FOX affiliate KFXA in Iowa.
Roxanna’s first job out of college was at WCTV in Tallahassee. There she covered political and military issues.
In college, Roxanna reported, anchored and forecast the weather for WUFT in Gainesville, Fla. She won a Society of Professional Journalism award for consumer reporting. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida. Go Gators!
Roxanna's television career began right here at North Davidson High School. She co-anchored the school’s news show “Knightline.”
