OAKBORO, N.C.—
With a population of just about 1,200, the one-stoplight town of Oakboro would hardly be the place you'd expect to find one of the state's largest car club cruise-ins. But on the fourth Friday of every month, the population along Main St. can swell to 10,000 as traffic become bumper-to-bumper with classic Mustangs, Camaros and you-name-it.
