A video of an off-duty police officer with his hands around a woman's throat and punching a man during a night club brawl sparked outrage. Now, that officer is back on the job.
The people in the video say they were never questioned about the incident at the La Bamba night club in late August.
The officer in question is Kareem Puranda, who was placed on administrative leave with pay pending the results of both SBI and internal investigations.
According to Salisbury Internal Affairs, Puranda started back to work this week at his old job as school resource office at Knox Middle.
