WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—
The last time the City of Winston-Salem saw a Mark Jenkins sculpture, residents called in with concerns about a body atop a billboard. Now, an immobile passenger with a sleeping bag over its body at the bus depot has some residents scratching their heads and others calling it art.
