Athletes are always looking to gain an edge over competitors. That desire has led to the quick expansion of sports performance centers. North Davidson High School's softball team is an elite program, earning four consecutive final four competitions. In addition to hours spend on the field, teammates are also spending a lot of time in a Greensboro sports performance center.
