MADISON, N.C.—
An employee at the Goodwill store in Madison found what appeared to be a grenade in a donation bin, but further inspection revealed it did not pose any threat.Police responded to the thrift store at the Rockingham Square Shopping Center and discovered the device still had the pin in it. It was taken to the police department and the Greensboro Bomb Squad was called to defuse the device.
