DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP)—
Additional sex charges were filed against a Davidson County man who is already in jail waiting trial on sexual charges involving a child.Deputies say they received a report last Thursday that Herbert James DeLosh, 55, had inappropriately touched an 8-year-old child sometime between July 4th and Sept. 13, 2001.
DeLosh was already in the Davidson County jail on sexual assault charges involving a child in an incident deputies say happened on September 13, 2009.
DeLosh was served the warrant without incident and is being held on $15,000 bond. His court date is set for November 9th.
