Trucks filled with toys collected at Lowe's Home Improvement and Northstate Communications locations across the Piedmont arrived at the FOX8 studios Thursday morning to deliver hundreds of toys donated to the Gifts for Kids program.

Gifts will stay piled high at FOX8 until the Salvation Army comes to pick them up and distribute them to needy children as part of FOX8's annual Gifts for Kids campaign. Employees from Lowes and Northstate Communications were on hand to help unload the trucks full of gifts.
Each Salvation Army unit will then pick up the donations from the FOX8 studios and bring them to its sorting facility for distribution.
Still Want to Donate?
The last day to drop off gifts at FOX8 is Dec. 15. Our studios are located at 2005 Francis St. in High Point.
