WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) -
A man robbed a Winston-Salem convenience store late Wednesday night.
Police said the robbery happened around 8 p.m. at the Fairway One Stop on South Broad Street. Officers say the suspect walked into the convenience store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money and cigarettes.
The suspect fled the scene on foot.
Several officers responded to the call but were unable to locate the suspect.
