'Suspicious' Package at Foxx's Office Contained Baby Powder
CLEMMONS, N.C. - An envelope that sparked a suspicious-package investigation at the office of U.S. Rep. Virginia Foxx was found to contain baby powder, according to authorities.

Around 11:40 a.m., someone reported the package at Foxx's office on Old Glory Rd.

Crews isolated a green Jeep Cherokee with the envelope inside that was parked outside Foxx's office. It was removed and evaluated, and authorities determined it contained baby powder.

No evacuations were ordered.
